We know you have certain software you already use and love. We wanted to make sure you can still take advantage of them in Disco. Thus giving you a better learner experience.
These are the other options in Disco to add to your left navigation bar at the Community level and Experience Level:
Let's review the function of each of them:
Discord: A free voice, video, and text chat app for a community. You may already have a community here so this will be a quick way for your members to get into Discord.
Airtable: An online platform for creating and sharing databases. The user interface is simple and allows you to make a database quickly. Customize your workflow and collaborate.
Google Docs: An online word processor that lets you create and format documents and work with other people. You can embed these right into pages on Disco.
Google Forms: An online form software that allows you to create and analyze surveys in your mobile or web browser. You can summarize survey results at a glance with charts and graphs. Great as a task to get member sentiment part way through an experience.
Typeform: Similar to Google Forms but with a slightly different interface. Create anything from surveys, and quizzes to apps, without needing to write code. Great to set up as a task to test members' knowledge of the subject they are learning about.
Whereby: A video calling app similar to Zoom, Teams and Google Meet.
Figma: A collaborative interface design tool that helps you to create websites, applications, logos, wireframing etc. You could use it to share a design, a slideshow with your community or a ton of other options.
Miro: A digital whiteboard that can be used for research, ideation, building customer journeys and user story maps, wireframing and other collaborative activities. It's great for breakout rooms and collaborating on ideas with a group.

Loom: A video messaging tool that helps you get your message across through instantly shareable videos. You can record your camera, microphone, and desktop simultaneously. Your video is then instantly available to share. Great for walking others through software or explaining things when you can't do a live event. We use it for product tours or feature help sometimes.
YouTube: A free video-sharing website. You can create and upload your own videos to share with others.
Vimeo: Similar to YouTube. A video-sharing platform originally geared towards artists and creators that also offers subscription-based tools and features, including an editing suite.
