We recommend that you lock most of your event dates before you start taking registrations. Many learners will need to block off their time to attend your events, so we recommend giving everyone as much advanced notice as possible. That said, we know that sometimes changing an event date or adding new events can be unavoidable. Here is how you can change event dates:
1. Navigate to Your Course:
Click on the events tab, then click on the three "dots" in the upper corner and select "Edit"
2. Edit your Event Details:
Change the date or time and click "Update" - Note that you cannot edit events that have occurred in the past.
3. Once a change is made:
All course participants will receive an email with an updated ICS File (calendar file). By double-clicking on this file, they will be able to update their own calendars. Note that if users have "Subscribed to the course calendar" they will still receive an email update.
