How does Disco AI prevent hallucinations?
Disco uses trusted foundation models, such as those from OpenAI, to power our AI features. Because large language models can occasionally generate inaccurate information (known as hallucinations), we take several steps to reduce that risk.
We configure model settings, such as temperature, to keep responses focused and reliable. We also include custom system instructions that guide the model to stay aligned with your actual company knowledge.
To maintain quality, we continuously review AI output using trained human evaluators and automated “LLM-as-a-Judge” review systems. This helps us identify patterns, make improvements, and ensure that AI-generated content meets our accuracy standards.
