The following article outlines the steps to take if you are trying to remove a student from any of your Learning Products due to a refund, subscription cancellation, incorrect registration, or for any other reason where they no longer need access to a course.

How It Works
Product enrollments and Membership access are not automatically cancelled when a student is unenrolled and must be manually unenrolled via Disco.
How To Steps
1. Find the Learning Product(s) that the Member is enrolled in
2. Click on Members
3. Find the Member name and click 'Unenroll'
Important Considerations
If a Member was part of a Membership and their payment failed, you will need to remove the Member from all the Products that they had access to on the Membership.
