Your Members will join structured learning experiences where courses are grouped into a sequence, helping them build skills step by step until the pathway is complete.
What to know first
- Members can complete products in any order within a group, but must finish the entire group to unlock the next one.
- If Members have already completed all products in a pathway before registering, it will instantly show as complete.
How to register for a learning pathway
- Go to the Explore area.
- Select the All tab or the Pathways tab to browse available pathways.
- Select a pathway to view its description on the registration page or drawer.
- Click Register now.
- Members will then complete the Checkout process
- Review the Pathway details on the Summary page and proceed to Checkout.
- On the Checkout page, enter your payment information and complete payment. (If the Pathway is free of charge, members will skip to the confirmation screen).
- Continue to Pathway onboarding.
- Members will be taken to the pathway dashboard with access to the first pathway group.
- Register for any products in the first group to start learning.
- Continue through each group until all are complete to finish the pathway.
How pathway completion works
- Products in a group can be taken in any order.
- A product is complete when 100% of its curriculum is finished. Events and resource collections don’t count toward pathway completion.
- A pathway group is complete when the final group is finished and all products in it are done.
- If Members complete a course out of order, they won't see their progress reflected in the Pathway dashboard until they complete the prerequisites for the group containing that course.
- Products set as Public or All Members in a pathway can still be registered independently. To prevent this, admins must set products to Invite Only.
Common questions
Can I take products in any order within a pathway group?
Yes. You can take one or multiple products at a time, in any order within the group.
What happens if I don’t complete all products in a group?
You won’t unlock the next group until you finish every product in the current group.
What if I already registered for or completed a course before joining a pathway?
Your progress will carry over. You won’t need to register again or repeat the course.
What if a course is publicly available but also part of a later pathway group?
You can register for and complete it independently, but the pathway group containing it will stay locked until you complete all prerequisites.
