Aggregate Member Reporting

About This Feature

The aggregate report enables Admins to select any Member and view their progress and activity across the community and the Products they have registered for. 

How It Works

This comprehensive report includes the following sections:

Overview:

  • View Member’s information including standard and custom profile fields.
  • View daily time spent in the community, as well as in the products.

Products:

  • View number of products the member has registered for.
  • Total time spent on the curriculum.
  • Attendance rate for events associated with the products.

Content

  • Track engagement in content pieces such as lessons, quizzes, or articles.
  • See videos engagement: how far the member has watched videos.
  • Review their responses to each survey.

Events

  • Total events attended by the member.
  • Rates of confirming and attending events.
  • Feedback submitted for each event.

Discussions

  • Total messages sent in channels.
  • Comments left on posts or curriculum items.
  • Total number of reactions left by the member.
  • Top channels or feeds the member contributes to.

How To Access Member Aggregate Reports

  1. Navigate to the ‘Admin’ area.
  2. Select the ‘Insights’ tab, then select ‘Member’. Select or search for any Member from the dropdown selection to start viewing their aggregate reports.
