This feature is particularly useful for admins looking to improve content navigation and understanding, ensuring that all members utilize video resources more efficiently.
How It Works
This feature analyzes uploaded videos and generates relevant assets in the language of the video. The system processes the video to identify key points for summaries, define chapters, transcribe spoken content, and produce accurate subtitles, all automatically.
How To Generate Video Assets with AI
Step One: Upload the Video
- Go to Content, Media Assets, or any Event, Lesson, Task, or Assignment to upload the video.
- Select the video file to upload.
Step Two: Start AI Assets Generation
- For Media Assets: Go to Actions and select Details to open the video details.
- For Event, Task, Lesson, or Assignment: Look for the option to Generate Video Assets with AI right below the video.
- Click on "Generate Video Assets with AI" and wait for the processing to begin.
Step Three: Processing Step
- Once you click to generate the assets, the AI will start processing them instantly.
- After a couple of minutes, refresh the page to check if the entire content has been generated.
Step Four: Review and Edit
- Review the AI-generated video assets for accuracy and completeness.
- Make any necessary edits.
- Decide whether to hide or make the assets visible to members.
Note: You only need to generate the video assets once. After that, whenever you use the video, it will automatically include the previously generated assets.
