About This Feature

It is best to finalize the majority of event details prior to opening registrations. Many members require advance notice to allocate time for event attendance; thus, early date confirmation is beneficial. However, it is understood that sometimes, changing event dates or adding new events may be necessary. 

How To Update Events for an Active Product

  1. Navigate to the product, click on the Event tab, then select the event that needs to be updated.

  2. Event details such as cover photo, description, attachment can be done inline on the event drawer.

  3. The Settings tab allows you to update other configurations, such as the event date and time, location, hosts, capacity, and email reminder.

  4. Once the changes are made, click “Save Changes,” and all attendees will receive an email with an updated calendar file (ICS file)
