About This Feature
It is best to finalize the majority of event details prior to opening registrations. Many members require advance notice to allocate time for event attendance; thus, early date confirmation is beneficial. However, it is understood that sometimes, changing event dates or adding new events may be necessary.
How To Update Events for an Active Product
- Navigate to the product, click on the Event tab, then select the event that needs to be updated.
- Event details such as cover photo, description, attachment can be done inline on the event drawer.
- The Settings tab allows you to update other configurations, such as the event date and time, location, hosts, capacity, and email reminder.
- Once the changes are made, click “Save Changes,” and all attendees will receive an email with an updated calendar file (ICS file)
