About This Feature

Disco comes with a robust member management admin toolset. It allows administrators to send messages to all members at once and simplifies the process of welcoming new members. Additionally, this feature helps gather important information about members, which can tailor communications and improve overall engagement.

How To Steps

 

Navigate to Admin > Members tab, the following actions are available:

  • Filtering & search: Easily filter members based on their profile data. If Custom Fields is set up, then those custom fields can also be filtered.
  • Bulk Actions: Take bulk actions such as Adding Members to Groups, Direct Messaging, or Removing Members quickly and easily. Simply select multiple members by checking the box next to their name > Select the option from the popup panel.
  • Export of Member Data: Member data can also be exported as a CSV file.
